Shanice was AMAZING. It’s so refreshing to have a server who goes above and beyond to ensure that my family and I were cared for, but also noticed how she was constantly checking up at every table. This was my family’s first time at Earl’s and the food was DELICIOUS but Shanice was EVEN BETTER and I will 100% be back and only requesting her. The vibes of Earl’s was super nice on the patio and her energy made the experience better than I imagined. I definitely recommend the steak frites with garlic sauce as per her suggestion, and the nashville chicken on the happy hour menu was super tender and delicious with the pickles!

From the moment I walked into Earle’s Restaurant, I was warmly greeted and treated like family. The level of customer service I received was nothing short of outstanding. Every staff member I encountered was attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. It’s rare to find a place where hospitality feels so effortless and sincere. My server (Osaru) anticipated my needs without hovering, offered helpful suggestions from the menu, and ensured I was comfortable and satisfied throughout my entire visit. Even the manager made a point of checking in to make sure everything was going well—a small touch that made a big difference. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and served promptly, but it was the exceptional customer service from Osaru that truly elevated my experience. If you’re looking for a place where the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, Earle’s is it. I left with a full belly and a grateful heart. Can’t wait to return! Highly recommended.

Loved dining in at Earls for a date night. The staff were friendly and welcoming when we came in without a reservation. We only had to wait 5 mins and we got a table. Recommended the Mushroom & Kale pizza (great vegetarian option) and Spinach & Artichoke Dip (great vegetarian appetizer option). The food comes fast and hot. We didn’t have to wait too long. The Sticky Toffee Chocolate Pudding is yummy too for a cheaper dessert choice. The ambiance is amazing with dimmed lights creating a cozy and romantic atmosphere. Great for couples, friends, or celebrating a special occasion. Definitely coming back here again soon!

Kaitlin P was a very welcoming attentive server. She gave us the time we needed. She always came back. She even corrected the fact that I did not get my tuna on my dish. She has a lovely demeanour and personality. She makes you want to come back to enjoy. The only criticism I have is the music’s a little loud. Other than that, the food was amazing. She was amazing. And we had a really good date night. Thank you.

Absolutely amazing food! The seafood platter was fresh and delicious, and the pizza—oh man, the kale mushroom pizza was an absolute banger! Perfectly crispy crust, balanced flavors, and just the right amount of toppings. The whole experience was top-notch. Highly recommend!”

Great place to eat great food and have awesome drinks. Specially during happy hour. Earl's has an extensive menu and I haven't found something I didn't like. My favourite is still their fettuccine Alfredo with Cajun chicken, this location is constantly great with this dish, I've tried it at the Burlington location and it was nowhere near the level of this location. The Cajun salmon is also great and we're really liking the pizzas too. Service at this location is good, friendly and attentive, food can take a bit of time if they're too busy but still within reason.

We had such a lovely time here thanks to Isabella! She was so warm and welcoming from the beginning, and made sure we felt taken care of throughout the meal. The food was tasty and well-balanced, but what truly made was the special dessert plate. We asked if they could write a message—and Isabella made it happen so beautifully (we forgot to take a picture abt it )! The writing on the plate was adorable and done with such care, it honestly made our celebration feel extra special. You could really feel how thoughtful and proactive she was. Thank you, Isabella, for making my friend’s birthday unforgettable

Nice place and good food. Have been here a few times with colleagues and with family as well. Nice food options, and they customize the dishes as per your needs. I liked their ramen dish with sesame chicken and their blackened chicken with potato salad.
